Invitations are extended to Interested participants following an initial interview to determine the candidate&#8217;s qualifications and suitability and likely fit for the Cohort.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #1076bc;\"><strong>Candidates join the Cohort Leaders and several current Cohort members<\/strong><\/span> for a 50-minute session that functions the same as our regular monthly Cohort meetings. You will experience exactly what our members do each month and gain valuable insights that can help you lead your business more effectively. Space is extremely limited and is offered by invitation only to qualified guests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #1076bc;\"><strong>Expresso Pod meetings are conducted over Zoom<\/strong><\/span>, with sessions scheduled twice monthly. If you qualify to attend, we will provide you with the available dates for a seat at an upcoming session. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">You&#8217;ll need to confirm your attendance the day before to receive the login credentials<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #1076bc;\"><strong>T<\/strong><strong>he objective and result of the meetings are to offer invited candidates an opportunity to evaluate the process and assess whether membership would be a good decision<\/strong><\/span>. Similarly, members and Cohort Leaders assess whether the candidate would receive and contribute significant value by becoming a Cohort member.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #1076bc;\">The session is not a sales meeting<\/span><\/strong>. Its purpose is to create value through the experience. You won&#8217;t be asked or given an opportunity to become a member at the Expresso Pod.
